Checkout was simple, honestly. My payment went through without any issues, so that was nice. I did spend a minute kind of looking around for the card fields, not sure if I just missed them at first or what, but once I found them it was fine.

A friend told me to check this out, and I’m glad I did. The bottle was sealed, looked legit, and tasted exactly how it should. No issues at all.

I ordered from Warehouse Wines & Spirits for local delivery, the whole thing was just really easy from start to finish. I’ve had some delivery orders from other places where you’re left wondering if it’s actually coming or if you need to check in, but this one was straightforward and smooth.

The driver arrived within the delivery window, everything was packed properly, and the order was complete with nothing missing or mixed up. The prices also seemed reasonable, which I appreciated, especially since the convenience of having it brought right to the door can sometimes come with a noticeable markup.

What I liked most was that I didn’t have to call, follow up, or chase anyone down to figure out what was going on. I placed the order, got what I ordered, and it showed up when it was supposed to. Not much more you can ask for, really, and I’d definitely use them again.

I was relieved when my wine arrived because everything was packed really well. No leaks, no broken bottles, and the box felt nice and sturdy. I always worry about stuff like this when I order wine, so I appreciated that each bottle had padding around it. Worked out great for me, and I’d definitely order again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I ended up paying less than I thought I would. For what I got, it seemed like a good deal.

Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the slow replies made me feel kind of dismissed, like my issue wasn’t really a priority. Overall it was okay, I just wish they had been quicker and a little more attentive.

I was surprised by the selection here. They had a few rare bottles I’ve been trying to track down forever, which was awesome. Prices aren’t the cheapest, but the variety compared to most stores is kind of ridiculous, so I didn’t mind paying a little extra...

I had to send back a bottle because they sent the wrong one, and wow, the whole refund process turned into a little customer service obstacle course. I ended up having to email twice just to get things moving, which was annoying. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, but Captain Slow Refund definitely made the experience way more frustrating than it needed to be...

They sent email updates and the tracking link actually worked, which was nice because I could see where my order was the whole time. Just a heads up though, I’d definitely recommend watching those tracking emails so you don’t miss the delivery window.

Pickup was just alright. I ended up waiting longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Maybe they were short-staffed or just had more orders than usual, but I’m not really sure

They’ve got a good range of wines and spirits on the site. I was trying to track down a few bottles I don’t usually see in local stores, and they had most of what I wanted. I did feel a little pressured to decide quickly just because there were so many options and some of the categories weren’t the easiest to browse, but overall the selection was solid. I’d probably use it again when I want more choices than I can get nearby.

A few things were excluded, and I didn’t really notice that until checkout, which was kind of frustrating. The prices are okay overall, but I expected the deals to be better. Did anyone else run into the same issue?
